Refund policy

At 3D Print New York we hope to bring you the highest level of service and skill. Much of our work consist of custom and prototype designs that have never been created before. Due to this creative design process that our technology offers, we are unable to refund the design time, material cost and printing time related to these projects. The material cannot be recycled so returning the item is rarely a solution we are looking for. We learn a lot each time we print a new design. Sometimes the easiest solution is to reprint your item with adjustments to some settings. 

We will make ever effort to show you the closest digital rendering to your final product as we can. The buyer agrees to understand that there are some changes associated with converting 2D digital images to a physical 3D objects. Once a render is sent and buyer gives approval to start printing, the order can no longer be refunded. We will send you a photo of the finished item before shipping. Items shipped on time but delayed due to the selected shipping service will not be refunded. Every effort will be made to contact the shipping service to locate the package.
